Emma Claire weighed 12 lbs 12 oz and measured 22.75 inches at her 4 Month Well Check. She is in the 25th percentile for weight and head circumference and in the 5th percentile for length. She's catching up especially in the weight department as she was 9lbs 2 oz at her 2 month visit and in the 10th percentile for weight.Here is the 3 month/4 month comparison.
